Is it possible to cancel an already placed order?

Please understand that for technical reasons we can not cancel after the shipment of your goods. In such cases, we ask you to refuse to accept the delivery. The corresponding advance payments will then be refunded to you.

What if I forgot my password.

Which shipping options are there and who delivers my package?
We offer you the following shipping options:
Standard delivery, express delivery
Shipping is via TCS or TCS Express.
How long does the delivery take?
The TCS standard delivery takes place i. d. R. in 1-3 business days from order.
Express deliveries are made Monday through Friday, but not on public holidays. On the product detail view, we indicate to you when your order must be received by us, so that your desired item is delivered by 12.00 on the day shown on the product detail view.

As soon as your order has left our house, we will inform you by e-mail. If we are unable to fulfill your order in exceptional cases or not within the delivery time, we will inform you promptly by e-mail.
Why do not I receive an order confirmation / shipping confirmation
Please also check the receipt of the spam folder. Another possibility would be that a different e-mail address was entered by mistake when ordering.
